Natalie began as a nurse more than 30 years ago; she has worked in critical care including ICU, CCU, Cardiac and Vascular Catheter Labs, ED and maternity areas, in Perth, Toowoomba and Hobart. She is also a Remote Area Nurse with qualifications in health professional education having presented at the CSANZ and AERA conferences.

Maria Granados is a Registered Nurse with over 18 years of experience in both Emergency and Intensive Care critical nursing. Having worked in several countries around the world has given her the insight into the demands in multicultural nursing. Since commencing with Medical Air, Maria has taken to her new role of flight nurse with passion and excitement and prides herself on providing her patients with the highest standard of care and professionalism.

Yuliya has been registered for 9 years with 8 of those spent in emergency department, which she loves and enjoys the diversity and the variety it presents in her role. She also has some surgical, medical and perioperative experience.
In 2012 Yuliya was invited to become a guest speaker for the gifted and talented education program and has developed her own "Fun First Aid" program for children in years 5-6, which she continues to teach.
Yuliya has been a part of Medical Air since July 2017 and has retrieved a large number of critical and less acute patients from South East Asia to various locations around Australia. She thrives in the pressure cooker environment that is retrieval nursing. It allows her to utilise all of her leadership, critical thinking and clinical skills.
